Jeans maker Levi Strauss is expecting to raise $587 million in its initial public offering.
The company plans to issue 36.7 million shares prices $14-$16 this year. That would make its market value about $6.2 billion.
Levi Strauss will list on the New York Stock Exchange under LEVI.
