Shredded iceberg lettuce sold at Taco Bell has been linked to a cyclospora outbreak in five states.
“Do not eat shredded iceberg lettuce served at Taco Bell locations in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia,” said officials with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The lettuce has reportedly been linked to Taylor Farms.
