Lenexa, Kansas-based Sizewise Rentals LLC, which makes specialty hospital beds and equipment, agreed to a buyout deal.
Minneapolis-based Agiliti Inc. is acquiring Sizewise for $230 million.
The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
