All eight of Leggett & Platt Inc.’s (NYSE: LEG) top executives were issued company stock awards this month, according to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
Together, the executives were issued more than 2,250 shares valued together at nearly $70,000 as of Aug. 2, according to Aug. 5 SEC filings.
President and CEO Karl Glassman received the most shares: roughly 1,069 valued at $33,068 as of Aug. 2.
The other executives, listed by number of awarded shares, are:
• Matthew Flanigan, chief financial officer, 945.95 shares, valued at $23,043;
• Russell Iorio, senior vice president of corporate development, 324.53, $10,030;
• Mitchell Dolloff, chief operating officer, 33.50, $1,097;
• Perry Davis, executive vice president, 29.39, $962.93;
• Scott Douglas, general counsel, 22.92, $750.40;
• Tammy Trent, chief accounting officer, 14.29, $467.70; and
• Susan McCoy, senior vice president of investor relations, 12.94, $423.47.
Carthage-based Leggett & Platt, a manufacturer of engineered components and products for homes, offices and vehicles, last month reported a 1% increase in second-quarter earnings to $86.2 million.
LEG shares were trading at $38.09 as of 11:38 a.m., compared with a 52-week range of $33.48 to $46.71.
