The Partnership Industrial Center
Designed by Mathews & Associates, this project, for the city of Springfield, City Utilities and Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce continues to develop. MAI provided civil engineering and surveying services for construction of the public infrastructure to serve the industrial park. The PIC is a public/private development venture intended to create manufacturing jobs for the region. Infrastructure within the 320-acre park includes streets, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, stormwater detention and site grading.The city of Springfield, CU and the chamber have been instrumental in the success of this development.
Why is this project your legacy? The Partnership Industrial Center (PIC) continues to have a positive impact on the region by providing high-paying manufacturing jobs. To date, the PIC has 15 industries in the park, representing new companies and expansions of local companies
