A coalition of hemp businesses has filed a lawsuit seeking to block the state of Missouri's ban on intoxicating hemp products.
The ban is slated to go into effect in November.
The lawsuit alleges the ban has “unconstitutionally vague” definitions for hemp and marijuana.
