Local company Larson Heating, Air & Plumbing has been acquired.

Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric, based in Springdale, Arkansas, has purchased the company from Steve Rook, according to a news release. Jake Winchell, director of sales and marketing for Paschal, declined to disclose the purchase price.

"Our team at Larson has always been dedicated to serving our community with integrity and professionalism," Rook said in the release. "Joining forces with Paschal allows us to tap into a larger network of resources and expertise, ensuring that our customers receive the best service possible."

Rook is staying on board as general manager of the southwest Missouri division of Paschal. Thirty employees from Larson Heating, Air & Plumbing, which has transitioned to the Paschal name, have been onboarded, said Winchell. With the acquisition, he said Paschal has more than 375 employees.

"The addition of Larson Heating & Air to the Paschal family underscores our commitment to continuous growth and excellence," said Charley Boyce, president and CEO of Paschal, in the release. "We're eager to harness the combined strengths of our teams and explore the new horizons that this partnership presents."

Winchell said the purchase of Larson Heating, Air & Plumbing marks the third southwest Missouri acquisition in as many years, after Simpson Sheet Metal in Carthage and Lyerla Heating & Air in Joplin.
