Landlord Chesterfield Crossing Partners LLC sued to evict a fitness studio.
The suit in St. Louis County Circuit Court alleges CycleBar Chesterfield owes its landlord nearly $26,000 in back rent, interest and late fees.
The St. Louis-area fitness studio opened in 2017.
