Cantina Laredo’s proprietor Chris Lemons said his restaurant offers gourmet Mexican food along with seafood and steaks.
Lemons said the 1,700-square-foot restaurant has 225 seats inside and another 100 seats on the patio with a view of Branson Landing’s water and light show.
The restaurant has 125 full- and part-time employees and is owned by Consolidated Restaurant Operations of Dallas. Cantina Laredo is open 11 a.m.–10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m.–11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
Mark Smith, general manager of Sullivan’s Steakhouse, said the 1940s Chicago-style restaurant features steaks and seafood, martinis and a selection of more than 300 wines.
Sullivan’s is noted for live jazz in its bar seven nights a week.
Smith said the restaurant has seating for more than 200 and is open 11 a.m.–11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m.–midnight Friday and Saturday.
Sullivan’s is owned by Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon Inc. of Wichita, Kan.
