Marine Concepts, a Lake of the Ozarks-area producer of boat cover systems, has been acquired.
Chicago investment firm Kanbrick purchased the company for undisclosed terms.
"Kanbrick has the experience to help us take Marine Concepts to the next level, and I’m excited to partner with the team to strengthen our future," said Marine Concepts founder Randy Kent.
