Labor market getting tighter

Nothing like unmet demand to drive up the desire to supply. In this case, the demand is for workers and what employers might finally be supplying is a livable wage.
 
According to Bloomberg Business, a survey conducted by the National Federation of Independent Businesses shows employers are having a harder time filling jobs.
 
The report states companies reported finding quality labor is one of their biggest challenges, passing poor sales as their biggest concern.
