Defense contractor L3Harris Technologies has fired CEO Christopher Kubasik.
Kubasik, who also was ousted as chair, engaged in conduct that violated the company's code of conduct, according to Quartz. A separate report by CNBC cited anonymous sources in reporting that Kubasik had an inappropriate relationship with an employee.
Sam Mehta, a senior company executive, has been named as Kubasik's replacement.
