Rental car startup Kyte has shuttered its operations after launching in 2019.
The closure follows the company's sale of its customer list to Turo in July and its filing of a form of receivership in California.
Kyte, which raised over $300 million in financing over the course of its history, had billed itself as the “best competitor to Hertz.”
