Kroenke's real estate firm buys Boulder shopping center

Missouri sports mogul Stan Kroenke's real estate company snapped up a shopping center in Boulder, Colo., for nearly $23 million, according to Boulder County property records researched by the Boulder Daily Camera.

Columbia-based The Kroenke Group formed TKG Boulder Market Square LLC to buy the Market Square Shopping Center.

The property sold for $15.23 million in 2003 to Boulder Market Square 03 LLC, an entity registered to Acf Property Management, of Studio City, Calif., according to Boulder County assessor records.
