Kroenke sued by longtime employee

A longtime former employee of billionaire Stan Kroenke is suing the St. Louis Rams owner for withholding payments that he says are owed because of his membership in four Kroenke companies.

Jim Alabach filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit alleging Kroenke schemed to not pay him, according to the Columbia Daily Tribune.

Alabach claims the moves were made to pressure him into surrendering his interests in the companies at less than their values.
