Kroenke faces complaint from former business partner

Stan Kroenke and Micheal Staenberg had a falling out over their THF Realty partnership years ago. Now, tensions have been renewed.

Staenberg recently alleged Kroenke, a billionaire who owns the St. Louis Rams, has failed to use money from a Montrose, Colorado, development for another project, as mandated by a 2010 operating agreement.

The former business partners did not respond to interview requests from the St. Louis Business Journal.
