Kroenke buys $24 million Nebraska development

St. Louis Rams owner Stan Kroenke's development company has purchased a Lincoln, Neb., shopping center anchored by a Wal-Mart for $24.75 million.

The Lincoln Journal Star reports the Kroenke Group closed earlier this month on the deal.

The 20-year-old Lincoln Crossing sits at 650,000 square feet.
