Krispy Kreme pauses doughnut partnership with McDonald's

Krispy Kreme is pausing its doughnut partnership with McDonald's.

The partnership, which called for Krispy Kreme’s doughnuts to be sold at all of McDonald's 13,000 U.S. restaurants by the end of 2026, is pausing at 2,400 locations.

Krispy Kreme officials said the pause would help "achieve a profitable business model for all parties."
