KRBK appoints general sales manager

KRBK-TV General Manager Paul Windisch has promoted from within the company to appoint a new general sales manager.

Craig Carnesi, who had been senior account executive for the Fox affiliate station, assumes the leadership role in the sales department, effective Feb. 11, according to a news release.

Carnesi succeeds two-year manager Dave Coble, who this month joined SRC Logistics Inc. as director of sales and marketing, according to Windisch.

Carnesi was hired at KRBK in September, after working more than three years with Schurz Communications in meteorology and sales.

"Since coming aboard the FOX KRBK team, Craig has had an immediate positive impact," Windisch said in the release. "Craig has vast experience working with local businesses and agencies to meet each of their particular needs, and is deeply vested in the Springfield community."
