Kraft Heinz reached a $450 million settlement with shareholders over its 2015 merger.

3G Capital Partners, which orchestrated the merger, also is part of the settlement.

The companies were accused of allegedly misstating the financial position of Kraft Heinz related to the merger of Kraft and Heinz.
