Kraft Heinz moving HQ to Chicago

Kraft Heinz will move one of its headquarters from north suburban Northfield to downtown Chicago early next year, making it the latest company to march from the 'burbs to the bright lights and big city in hopes of attracting diverse young workers.

Kraft got its start in Chicago, where  J.L. Kraft began selling cheese to local merchants in 1903.

According to the Chicago Tribune, the recently combined company follows others like Hillshire Brands, Walgreens and AT&T, which all have moved their headquarters to downtown Chicago in recent years.
