Kraft Heinz Co. is considering a sale of its Maxwell House coffee business, according to media reports.
The company hired investment bank Credit Suisse to explore options after it posted weak fourth-quarter earnings.
Maxwell House could be priced at $3 billion or more, and Kraft Heinz also may consider other divestitures.
