Kraft Heinz considers closing 3 New York plants

Three food factories operated by Kraft Heinz Co. in upstate New York could be closed in a new wave of cost-cutting.

The Avon, Walton and Campbell plants employ a combined 930.

Between the three plants, products made include Cool Whip and Lunchables, mozzarella, string and ricotta cheese, and cottage cheese and sour cream.
