Konica Minolta buys KC cybersecurity firm

A Japanese company's U.S. operation purchased a Kansas City cybersecurity firm.

Konica Minolta bought Depth Security LLC for undisclosed terms.

“Continuing to invest in our security offering has become increasingly critical to help customers protect their data,” said Rick Taylor, CEO of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. Inc.

Depth Security is slated to be folded into All Covered, Konica's information technology services division.
