Kohl’s has named a new CEO as its current chief prepares to step down.
The incoming CEO is Ashley Buchanan, who has been CEO of Michaels since 2020.
Buchanan will succeed Tom Kingsbury, who is stepping down in January. Kingsbury has held the role since 2022, first as interim CEO.
