Vanessa Bryant, the widow of Kobe Bryant, sued the owner of the helicopter that crashed last month, killing her husband and 13-year-old daughter.
The wrongful death suit names Island Express Holding Corp. and Island Express Helicopters.
The suit alleges pilot Ara Zobayan, who also died in the crash, failed “to use ordinary care in piloting the subject aircraft” and was negligent.
