The design, with natural daylight and vaulted ceilings, features large glass curtain walls, fiber cement siding and soffits, metal wall and roof panels and a section of asphalt shingles. The project architect is Esterly Schneider & Associates Inc. Engineers are CJW Transportation Consultants LLC, civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and RTM Engineering Consultants LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
