The Beverly Hills home of late actor Kirk Douglas has sold for more than its asking price, according to listing agent Nourmand & Associates.
Stephen Liu, an orthopedic surgeon who is founder and chair of therapeutic wearables company Forme, reportedly purchased Douglas' home for roughly $9 million. Its asking price was $7.5 million.
The roughly 4,600-square-foot, four-bedroom home received 31 offers after being listed a month ago.
