King's Way United Methodist Church

Wirt Construction Co. Inc. is the general contractor for the new children’s wing and chapel for King’s Way United Methodist Church. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners is the architect. Engineers are Smith-Goth Engineers Inc. for mechanical, electrical and plumbing, and Wells & Scaletty LLC for structural work. The 25,000-square-foot project comprises 13 classrooms for preschool and elementary school children, an infant and toddler nursery and a multipurpose assembly room in the children’s wing. A new chapel will seat approximately 175 people. The project has an estimated cost of $4 million. The children’s wing is to be finished Sept. 1 and the chapel in spring 2007.
