Kinder: Right-to-work legislation will pass in 2014

Missouri Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder predicts the state General Assembly will pass right-to-work legislation when it meets in January, sending the issue on to voters next November.

Under right-to-work legislation, labor unions could not require workers to pay mandatory bargaining fees. Indiana and Michigan have approved such laws in recent years.
