Kleenex maker Kimberly-Clark sells reached a deal to sell a majority stake in its international tissue unit.
Brazilian pulp maker Suzano is buying the 51% stake for roughly $1.7 billion. The deal is expected to close in mid-2026.
Suzano will reportedly have future options to buy Kimberly-Clark’s ownership interest.
