Kia Motors Corp. and its affiliate Hyundai Motor Co. expanded a previously announced recall over a risk of engine fires.
THe company added 534,000 additional U.S. vehicles to the list, after recalling 168,000 last month.
The recall affects Kia Soul vehicles. Separately, Tucson and Sportage vehicles are being recalled over possible oil pan leaks.
