Yum Brands Inc., the parent company of KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, reported quarterly earnings and revenue that topped analysts' projections.
The company posted $1.07 per share in quarterly profits. Analysts were looking for 85 cents per share.
Revenue of $1.5 billion beat the $1.46 billion expectation by analysts.
