KFC launching chicken sandwich into space

KFC today is scheduled to launch a chicken sandwich into space.

The partnership with exploration company World View is a marketing stunt to advertise its new spicy sandwich coming to the United States.

The sandwich will be placed in a stratospheric high altitude balloon that is capable of multi-day missions and a controlled flight path.
