Prosecutors dropped a sexual assault case against actor Kevin Spacey.
The accuser refused to testify about a missing cellphone the defense claimed contained information that would find Spacey innocent. Spacey was accused of groping a young man at a bar in 2016.
It's the only case that's been brought against him after a slew of sexual misconduct allegations last year.
