Project description: Phase I of Kensington Park will produce the first 60 of 258 apartments. The second and final phase, which includes a clubhouse and pool, is in the design phase and construction should begin in December. That $11 million phase is slated for completion in April 2008, according to architect Brent Stevens. Owner Jeff Boyce also owns Watermill Park Apartments, 1730 E. Valley Water Mill Road.
