Kensington Park Apartments is a 285,000-square-foot development. With an estimated cost of $5 million, Phase I comprises the first 60 of 258 apartments and is slated for completion Jan. 1. Great Southern Bank is the lender.
Design work is under way for the second and final phase, which includes a clubhouse and pool. Architect Brent Stevens of H Design Group told SBJ in August that Phase II’s estimated cost is $11 million, with completion expected in April 2008.
