Ken Starr, who served as the independent counsel in the impeachment investigation of former President Bill Clinton, has died. He was 76.
He died of an undisclosed illness after spending the last 17 weeks at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center.
His investigation into the Clinton sex scandal prompted the first impeachment of a president in 130 years.
