Project description: The College of Business at Missouri State University is expanding Kemper Hall to house its Construction and Management Program. The design includes a high-ceilinged space for use as a training lab, with a lobby, collaborative student spaces, storage, a study lounge and a computer lab, according to university officials. The project architect is Trivers Associates Inc. (St. Louis), and engineers are Civil Design Inc. (St. Louis), civil; KPFF Consulting Engineers (St. Louis), structural; and Smith-Goth Engineers Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing and functional performance testing.
