Kellogg's announced it reached a second tentative agreement with a union representing workers on strike.
The contract, which includes wage increases for all workers, is slated for a vote on Sunday.
Workers have been on strike since Oct. 5 over a two-tiered compensation structure upon which employees are divided between "legacy" and "transitional."
