The union representing striking Kellogg's workers ratified a new contract.
The five-year contract impacts 1,400 workers. Union officials said the contract includes a clause declaring there will be "no permanent two-tiered system" for employees, along with a pledge of no plant closings through October 2026.
The workers were on strike for 11 weeks.
