Of the three leading Republican candidates for Missouri governor in 2024, Lt. Gov. Mike Kehoe appears on track to continue his fundraising dominance. A review of fundraising reports by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch shows Kehoe raised $1.3 million in the latest quarter, pushing his total available in his bid for chief executive to nearly $5 million.
That tally rivals the combined fundraising efforts of both his GOP opponents, Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft and Sen. Bill Eigel, of Weldon Spring.
On the Democratic side, House Minority Leader Crystal Quade, of Springfield, reported $53,000 in her PAC and said her personal account was filled with more than 2,200 individual donors.
Quade is the only announced Democratic candidate thus far.
