From left, Brent McCoy, membership manager for the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, and Penske Truck Leasing officials Chris Tworkowsky and Todd Randell celebrate the Aug. 10 grand opening of Penske’s $5 million Springfield facility. The building, 2526 N. Neergard Ave., incorporates the company’s new facility design elements and includes four service bays, an automatic truck-washing bay and a two-lane fuel island with high-speed fuel pumps. Officials said the 14,000-square-foot facility is an upgrade from the Pennsylvania-based company’s previous location just down the street. The company’s 20 Springfield employees maintain nearly 400 vehicles on-site. [[In-content Ad]]
