A Kansas City venture capital firm has raised $34 million.
The money is for KCRise Fund's third fund, which targets investments in Kansas City-area technology startups.
The Kansas City Area Development Council, Mid-America Regional Council and the Civic Council of Greater Kansas City helped bring KCRise to fruition.
