The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority is proposing budget cuts to make up for a $32 million funding gap.
Cuts may include a reduction in weekday bus routes by nearly half and the end of the Iris rideshare service designed to fill transportation gaps.
More than 100 drivers would lose their jobs if Iris is canceled.
