Kansas City’s government announced plans for a $4 million road safety initiative.
Called Vision Zero, the plan calls on improvements such as traffic calming and speed humps by 2030, said Mayor Quinton Lucas.
Officials said 300 Vision Zero projects have been completed or are underway so far.
