The stockholders of Kansas City special purpose acquisition company Northern Genesis Acquisition Corp. approved a merger deal.
Through the deal, Montreal-based The Lion Electric Co. will merge into Northern Genesis so it can be listed on the stock market.
Lion Electric makes electric buses and vehicles.
