Kansas City-based CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust Inc. is appealing its delisting from the New York Stock Exchange.
The NYSE delisted the real estate investment trust over rules that require maintaining a market cap of at least $15 million for 30 consecutive trading days. CorEnergy stock also traded below the NYSE's minimum price.
The company's stock continues to trade on the over-the-counter market.
