KC real estate developer to donate $2M to career center

Kansas City real estate developer Hunt Midwest pledged to donate up to $2 million to a career center.

The Platte County School District is running a capital campaign to pay for the $60 million Northland Workforce Development Center.

The state committed $30 million to the project from Missouri's fiscal 2023 budget.
