Kansas City-based third-party logistics company UTXL Inc. sold for $22.5 million.
The buyer was Phoenix-based Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc., a truckload transportation and logistics services firm.
Founded in 1997, UTXL last year recorded more than $100 million in operating revenue.
